Dan is the newest agent to join the team at Worthington Property Group. He was born and raised in Sarasota and has lived here for most of his life giving him an extensive knowledge of the area as a result. He has a B.S. in Management Information Systems and additional background in Computer Science at the University of South Florida. His previous experience includes working on the original FIOS network build, running an Amazon online store, and publication/content management for a local market research firm. Dan prides himself on being easy to work with and listening to his clients' concerns and needs, especially in more complicated situations. Dan enjoys fishing, coaching his kids in sports, and playing guitar having performed with local bands for the past 30 years.

Dan and his wife, Jen Fiers, live in Sarasota and have two young children. Jen is Carl and Diane's daughter and, having earned her real estate license in 2003, helps Dan with his clients and the family business. Jen has a PhD from The University of Florida and two B.A.'s from the University of Virginia in Anthropology and Psychology where she studied human behavior across cultures and competed on the tennis teams for both universities. After college, she played professional tennis for several years around the world and embarked on her subsequent coaching career.  She has held positions as Director of Tennis and Head Tennis Professional in some of the country's most prestigious zip codes: the Upper East side of Manhattan, NY; Montecito/Santa Barbara, CA; Boca Grande, FL; The Hamptons, NY; Pocono Pines, PA; and Sarasota, FL. Jen's extensive experience in working closely with people, to help them achieve their academic and athletic goals, is truly an asset to WPG in helping people achieve their real estate goals.
